Exotisk Lomokamera
Jag vet inte varför men jag gillar kameror. Hade jag haft obegränsat med pengar skulle jag nog samla på kameror.
För ett antal år sedan kom något ljushuvud på att man skulle göra den gamla ryska Lomokameran till ett kultobjekt. Nu kommer det nya varianter i drivor. Den senaste ser ni ovan. Lite tacky kanske men jag gillar den som tusan. Utsmyckningen är i koppar med motivet målat i emaljfärg. 50 exemplar är gjorda och man kan handla den i Lomoshopen. Här förklarar man vilka de målade figurerna är.

Ny kamera
Redan förra julen gick jag och tittade på en Canon EOS 300D. Sedan dess har jag nog varit säker på att det var en sån, eller sen den efterförljande 350D som jag ville ha. Mest för att jag alltid har kört med Canon och kan använda mina objektiv på den nya digitala godingen. Nu var pris och tillfälle rätt och i fredags köpte jag den svarta skönheten. Nu jävlar ska det fotas.

Mera maraccas åt folket!
Här visar födelsedagsbarnet David Coverdale att maraccas är ett underskattat instrument inom hårdrocken.
Mer bilder från Whitesnakes födelsedagsfest i Malmö finns här. Jag hade hoppats att jag skulle få rockinviga min nya fina Canon 3000V men det gick ju inte för sig för vakterna så det fick bli den kassa lilla digitala istället. Därav den lätt gryniga kvaliteten på bilderna.

Ferris wheel at night
Malmö is now the proud owner of the biggest Ferris wheel in northern Europe. I wonder where the border between northern and southern Europe is? Probably round about where the bigger Ferris wheel lives.
They have been building this the last week and on my way home from a gig tonight, I saw it lit up for the first time. Pretty massive.

Weekend pictures
I've uploaded some pictures from the weekend. On Friday, I did a gig with Sophie Zelmani.
Saturday had Majvor Blom on stage.
On Sunday, spring arrived for real (that is, a sunny day actually meant higher temperatures instead of the other way around) and while enjoying the sun, we discovered that the old Skanska buildning in the harbour was being torn down. As a male, the kid inside me of course got very excited from seeing the cool equipment and some pictures just had to be taken. The wannabe Urban Explorer in me also tried to peek out from deep inside but didn't quite dare to come out this time either.

Another image of winter
One can complain that although we've been below freezing for quite a while now, it still doesn't snow. The cold does beautiful things to our fountains though. Don't ask me why someone decides to keep this one going every winter when all others are emptied but our morning paper claimed it had been that way for 30 years. They empty it during the city festival in August instead. It would be horrible if one of the drunk rednecks visiting got wet.
Oh, and now it's actually snowing, and it's below zero. Let's see how long that lasts...
